So I started on Monday after a horrible breakfast. It is now Wednesday at 3:36pm (yes every minute counts) and I think I've done pretty good. Absolutely no soda only water. I also have resisted the STRONG urge to eat something sweet like chocolate or cookies or cake or Whoppers or....ok I should stop now.
I'm also considering joining a gym to take some Yoga classes for strength and flexibility. We'll see how that goes. A short term goal of mine would be to be able to do the splits.
Now to figure out what healthy meal to cook for dinner!!
