On the right Track! - Amber

So I started this new "LIFESTYLE CHANGE" a couple weeks ago. I've had a few slip ups, a Dr. Pepper here and Bear Claw there. But overall I would have to say that for me who LOVES sweets I've done pretty awesome. I slipped over the weekend and made Oreo truffles - yes they are as awesome as they sound. I also ate more bread than I had wanted expected to. I went to Yoga twice last week and also went today. Yoga kicks my bootay!! I'm sore the next day and in places I didn't expect to be, but that just means it's working.


I also weighed myself, even though I said I wasn't going to except for once a month. I weighed myself last Thursday and I was 167.5 (which is my mom's scale is accurate meant that since I started I've lost 4lbs. But wait there's more....I weighed myself today and it said 166.5!! THAT'S ANOTHER POUND PEOPLE!!! And since normally most people don't think about one pound being anything to pat yourself on the back for, after browsing the fitness section in Pinterest for the past couple of weeks I have proof that it is. Check out this picture. 'Nuf said!

One pound doesn't look so measly now, does it??? This kind of stuff keeps me motivated. I've been making smarter choices and eating a lot more fruit. I'm not a huge veggie person but I've been making more of an effort to eat the ones I can tolerate. 

Bikini season here I come!!
