Yesterday I ate a yummy but horrible breakfast: Shipley's sausage kolache, a bear claw and a LARGE Dr. Pepper. So later that morning after my thighs were really rubbing I decided that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! I'm going to really stay on track and blogging should help me do that. For lunch I had some whole wheat crackers, cubed cheese, grapes and tuna salad. It sure beats a Fish filet from McDonald's...EXTRA tartar sauce!!! Then I had rice cake chips for a snack and for dinner I had broccoli (w/ a little cheese sauce), chicken and a piece of bread. A little later I had a craving for something sweet but instead of grabbing a handful of Whoppers I ate a banana. Not too shabby.
For breakfast this morning I had strawberry yogurt with granola, rice cake chips for snack, and the same thing as yesterday for lunch. So far so good.
Ok, so I've been stalling long enough. Here are the pictures I promised. Hopefully no one stumbles across this blog!!
Yikes. Ok so here they are. Week 1, Day 1 of the NEW ME!! Oh and I've decided that my present to myself for losing the weight is going to be getting my belly button pierced (again). I took it out when I got pregnant with my son about 5 years ago and I'm determined to get my body back and be able to flaunt my belly button ring!!
I'm trying to get the nerve to post pics of myself...
